What makes me happy
I love the internet, it is a wonderful thing It amazes me how with just one click of my mouse, I could talk to about anyone in the world I wanted to. As well as having its practicle uses, it provides me with endless hours of entertainment. I'm sure some of you have heard of LOLCATS, these picture of cats with funny mispelled captions. Every day, these pictures are updated and new ones are added. Here are some of my favorites.

Haha, that definitely made me happy. I would agree that the internet makes many people happy. I rely on the internet to help me better understand my homework. Search engines have been my best friend. I use the internet to find directions to everything. The internet is my source of entertainment. It is also my job, because I have two businesses that rely on the internet to make money. It tells me what the weather will be like. It saves me time because I can buy books, electronics, clothing, and just about anything else from the comfort of my home, within seconds. The internet is the kind of person that you can ask the stupidest questions to, and it won't make you feel bad. Anytime you don't know something and you're afraid to ask because you think you'll look stupid, just look it up on Google or Urban Dictionary. OK maybe I'm getting a little obsessive over the internet. Basically the bottom line is, my life relies on the internet and it makes me very happy :).
My favorite picture(s) would probably be the one that references 300, digging a hole to China, asking for I.D., or the one of the baby biting the kitten's tail. The funny thing about the baby is that I definatly used that picture on the first panel of my B.U.M. project on How babies learn language. Of course, I did a very bad job on it, but it was quite a funny picture to pull up during a presentation.
Looks like lolcats are pretty popular in this class, Kelsey posted about them too. Looks like I'll have to force Loltrek upon you too: http://granades.com/2007/05/02/loltrek/
